An anonymous individual has challenged a lawsuit over long-dormant wallets believed to be tied to Satoshi Nakamoto and early Bitcoin miners.
CryptoSlate reported on July 2 that a plaintiff using the pseudonym Noah Doe filed a lawsuit in a New York court, claiming ownership of about 39,000 long-dormant wallets as lost property.
The wallets hold about 3.799 million BTC, worth roughly $234 billion at current market prices.
A defendant using the pseudonym John Doe 33 has objected to the suit, saying he is the wallets' true owner.
