ECB’s Schnabel Says Economy Hasn’t Returned to Prewar Conditions Despite Oil Price Drop

European Central Bank Executive Board member Isabel Schnabel said the economy has not returned to prewar conditions even though oil prices have fallen.

Walter Bloomberg reported on July 6 that Schnabel said, "Even if oil prices have fallen, we are not in a prewar situation."
