Former Meta engineer and YouTuber TechLead said he has sold all of his Bitcoin holdings.
Wu Blockchain reported on July 9 that TechLead sees Bitcoin’s core problem as the link between attention and liquidity. He said the NFT bubble proved that simply holding an asset is not enough to sustain its price.
People who once talked actively about Bitcoin have now mostly gone silent, he said. At the same time, artificial intelligence is commanding nearly all of the market’s attention, leaving little room for fresh buying interest in the near term.
Still, TechLead said he remains bullish on Bitcoin over the long term and plans to buy again if prices fall further.
