Grayscale Chief Financial Officer Edward McGee has left the company after seven years.
CoinDesk reported July 9, citing a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission, that McGee resigned effective July 2 for personal reasons.
The filing states that his resignation was not the result of any disagreement over the company's operations, policies or practices.
Grayscale appointed Kathryn Masci and Daniel Plourde as interim co-chief financial officers.
