MoonPay Acquires Glyde to Expand Crypto Infrastructure Push
Forecast Trend Report by Period

MoonPay has acquired Glyde, according to a July 16 report by Cointelegraph. The purchase price was not disclosed.
MoonPay plans to integrate Glyde’s cryptocurrency deposit and routing technology into its platform. The technology will be added to MoonPay Deposits, a service currently used by Moonshot, Telegram Wallet and Paysafe.
The deal is MoonPay’s sixth announced acquisition this year. The company has also acquired Sodot, Decent, DFlow, Entendre and Dawn Labs as it expands its cryptocurrency infrastructure business.
Glyde provides technology that allows deposits of more than 100 tokens across 30 blockchain networks without swaps or bridges. “Every acquisition we’ve made this year has added another infrastructure layer needed for businesses and users to operate in crypto,” MoonPay Chief Executive Officer Ivan Soto-Wright said. MoonPay is sequentially building out business lines including money movement, security, trading and accounting, he added.
