Across, the cross-chain bridge protocol, said it was hit by a hacking attack.

Odaily reported on July 17 that the attack occurred on the Solana network. Across said all cross-chain transactions initiated before the breach were completed normally and that no user funds were affected.

Some of Risk Labs' operating funds may have been impacted. Risk Labs is the developer of Across.

Across temporarily suspended deposits sending assets to the Solana network on July 17 as a precaution. It said the protocol's other functions were operating normally outside of Solana.

Across is working with an external security firm to trace the hacker's address. The protocol said it plans to release a report later analyzing the circumstances and cause of the attack.
