According to Tech Funding News on July 17, a recently filed confirmation statement with the UK’s Companies House showed that an entity believed to be NVentures held 141,834 shares in Revolut. NVentures is Nvidia’s corporate venture capital arm.
Based on the issue price, the shares were worth $195.9 million. Nvidia and Revolut have not disclosed the size of NVentures’ investment or the size of its stake.
Revolut is a fintech platform founded in 2015. It offers payments, investing, foreign-exchange trading and cryptocurrency services.
