Trump Threatens Strike on Tehran if Iran Attacks Ships in Hormuz
Forecast Trend Report by Period

President Donald Trump threatened to bomb targets in Tehran if Iran attacks ships in the Strait of Hormuz.
In a Truth Social post on July 22, Trump wrote that if Iran attacks vessels in the strait with rockets, missiles, drones or other weapons, the US would bomb and destroy a bridge or power plant in or near Tehran.
A day earlier, on July 21, Trump also raised the possibility of striking what he called "Pickaxe Mountain," where Iran is believed to have built underground nuclear facilities. He said the US would hit the area "very hard" soon.
Trump also responded to a declaration by Yemen's Iran-backed Houthi rebels to blockade the Red Sea, saying, "If that happens, we'll handle it."
