Securitize Registers SEC Investment Adviser Unit, Expands Tokenized Finance Services

Tokenization platform Securitize has registered its subsidiary, Securitize Capital, as an investment adviser with the US Securities and Exchange Commission, Cointelegraph reported on July 27.

The registration allows Securitize to offer investment advisory services to asset managers and institutional investors, expanding its business within a regulated framework.

Securitize said it has now built an integrated regulated platform that includes the issuance and management of tokenized securities, brokerage, trading infrastructure and investment advisory services.
