Walter Bloomberg, an overseas breaking-news account, reported on X on July 28 that the Kremlin had said, "Ukraine's attack on an Iranian ship is an attack on Iran."
The Kremlin also claimed that Ukraine blew up Germany's Nord Stream gas pipeline and attacked Caspian Pipeline Consortium, or CPC, facilities, causing damage to Kazakhstan.
