Chainalysis said July 29 that blockchain networks with privacy features are growing quickly as institutional investors step up their adoption of blockchain technology.
The blockchain analytics firm said Canton, Solana Confidential Transfers, Zcash and Aztec each use different approaches to privacy. Because their network structures vary, compliance responses also need to be tailored accordingly.
Privacy is becoming a core part of blockchain infrastructure, Chainalysis added. It said blockchain monitoring technology also needs to advance to support regulatory compliance and risk management.
