Strategy, the largest corporate holder of Bitcoin, sold 1,637 of the cryptocurrency last week, while its dollar reserves increased to $4 billion.

Walter Bloomberg, a channel that tracks global economic headlines, reported on Aug. 3 that Strategy sold 1,637 Bitcoin during the previous week. The sale reduced the company's Bitcoin holdings to 842,138.

Michael Saylor, Strategy's chairman, wrote on X the same day that the company increased its dollar reserves by $250 million and repurchased $81 million of its STRC preferred stock.

The period during which the company can pay dividends using its dollar reserves was extended by 57 days to 2.3 years. As of Aug. 2, Strategy held 842,138 Bitcoin and $4 billion in dollar reserves.
