Coinbase Launches New Ad Campaign Urging Passage of CLARITY Act

Coinbase has unveiled a new advertising campaign urging the US Congress to pass the CLARITY Act, a cryptocurrency market structure bill, Cointelegraph reported on August 3.

The campaign comes as prospects for advancing the measure before the Senate's August recess have dimmed. The Senate voting schedule released that day did not include the CLARITY Act, the report said.

With the Senate set to begin its recess on August 10, the likelihood of the full chamber taking up the CLARITY Act before the break appears low.
