Cloudflare Launches Stablecoin Wallet for AI Agents

Cloudflare has launched a stablecoin wallet that will let AI agents pay API fees and purchase online content, The Block reported on August 4.

The service is currently in its first phase, allowing users to apply for a wallet handle linked to their account. Core features, including stablecoin top-ups and payments, will be rolled out later.

The service uses Coinbase's x402 protocol. It will allow AI agents to make micropayments and access services without creating separate accounts, subscriptions or API keys.
