President Donald Trump has instructed US negotiators to seek compensation in all future talks with Iran, Walter Bloomberg reported on August 10.
The remarks came after Iran was reported to have sought compensation for damage from a conflict that lasted about five months.
Trump said any US compensation claims should cover Americans killed or wounded in past conflicts linked to Iran, as well as victims harmed during the Iranian government's harsh crackdowns.
