Trump Says He Briefly Spoke With Fed's Warsh Last Week

President Donald Trump said he had a brief conversation last week with Kevin Warsh, according to Walter Bloomberg on August 10.

Trump said Warsh would need to make policy decisions together with other members of the Federal Reserve Board.

He added that if Warsh were able to set monetary policy on his own, he might favor a different policy path from the current one. Trump did not specify what policy he would want.
