A lawsuit has been filed over Truth API, a service operated by Trump Media & Technology Group, Trump's social media company, Walter Bloomberg reported on August 12.
Truth API is a paid service that delivers posts from Trump and other major Truth Social accounts to Wall Street investors more quickly. It launched on August 1, and monthly fees run as high as $100,000. More than 10 corporate clients have signed up, the report said.
The service has drawn controversy because paying subscribers could receive market-moving policy announcements posted on Truth Social before ordinary investors.
