The S&P 500 set a fresh intraday record on August 13.
According to TradingView, the index stood at 7,808.42 as of 11:23 p.m. Korea time, up 0.78% from the previous session.
It was the first time the S&P 500 had topped 7,800.
Earlier in May, Morgan Stanley raised its year-end target for the S&P 500 to 8,000 from 7,800. Goldman Sachs also lifted its target to 8,000 from 7,600 at that time.
