Grayscale Files Amended SEC Registration for Zcash ETF With Ticker ZCSH

Crypto asset manager Grayscale is moving ahead with plans to launch a Zcash-based exchange-traded product in the US.

Odaily reported on Aug. 19 that Grayscale recently filed an amended S-3 registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission for the Grayscale Zcash Trust.

The amendment is part of the process to convert Grayscale’s existing Zcash ETF into a product that can be listed on a US exchange. The filing does not guarantee a listing, and SEC review and exchange procedures are still pending.

If the registration statement takes effect, Grayscale plans to list the Zcash Trust on NYSE Arca under the ticker ZCSH.
