Coinone, a South Korean virtual-asset exchange, said on Aug. 24 that it had completed operations of its brand experience zone after participating in WATERBOMB SOKCHO 2026 as the main title sponsor.

The company joined the event on Aug. 22 at Hanwha Resort Seorak Sorano and operated an on-site brand booth. The two-story brand experience zone, set up opposite the main stage, drew about 2,000 visitors during the event.

Coinone said the booth featured various hands-on programs and events. The first-floor game zone, which included interactive attractions such as "Coin Shooter" and "Gacha," drew heavy foot traffic. Participants received limited-edition merchandise and prizes worth 20,000 won to 1 million won ($14 to $725).

The company also ran a second-floor "Relax Zone" reserved for Coinone members. Visitors rested there after enjoying performances and water-gun activities, or watched the show from a private terrace overlooking the stage.

At the venue, attendees — mainly from the younger MZ generation — also posted photos, videos and other related content on social media.

A Coinone official said the brand experience zone at WATERBOMB SOKCHO 2026 was designed to extend the company's primarily online virtual-asset services into offline spaces. Coinone plans to broaden user touchpoints and continue strengthening its brand value through activities spanning both online and offline channels.
