Walter Bloomberg reported on Aug. 26 that Mohammad Eslami, head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran, told state media the country's nuclear sites are not yet secure enough for inspections.
"Iran is still in wartime conditions," Eslami said. The nuclear facilities also have not been secured enough for inspections, he added.
