Nvidia Plans Employee-Funded US Political Action Committee

Nvidia is planning to establish a US political action committee, or PAC, funded by employee contributions. The committee is expected to be named NVPAC.

Walter Bloomberg reported on August 27 that Nvidia is preparing to create a political action committee financed through voluntary contributions from employees.

In the US, companies can set up PACs as separate segregated funds. Those committees can collect voluntary donations from employees and support federal election candidates and party committees.
