Perpetual Futures DEX Volume Reaches $423 Billion, Hyperliquid Holds 58% Share

Trading volume on major decentralized exchanges for perpetual futures increased over the past month, with Hyperliquid maintaining its lead with a 58% market share.
Cointelegraph reported on August 28 that the top eight perpetual futures DEXs recorded a combined $423 billion in trading volume over the past 30 days. That was 9.1% higher than in the previous 30-day period.
Among them, Hyperliquid posted the biggest increase in trading volume. Its share of total volume reached 58%.
Perpetual futures are derivatives that allow investors to trade on cryptocurrency price movements without an expiration date.
