Forecast Trend Report by Period

Crypto exchange Bybit is launching a new options product tied to stock perpetual futures. It marks the first options contracts to use stock perpetual futures as the underlying asset.
The Block reported on Aug. 28 that Bybit will start trading options tied to SpaceX and Nvidia at 8 p.m. UTC on Sept. 17. The products will be available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and will support fractional trading, USDT settlement and integration with Bybit's Unified Trading Account.
The contracts will offer a range of structures. They will support portfolio margin and allow strategies including buying and selling options, spreads, straddles and covered calls. Bybit plans to expand the lineup to include Tesla (TSLA), QQQ, SOXL and Micron (MU), while regularly adding new expiration dates.
Bybit said the product was designed to improve access to U.S. stock options. Traditional U.S. stock options are limited to regular trading hours and typically require a minimum contract size of 100 shares, but the new product will remove those constraints.
