Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates has reiterated that he has no intention of investing in Bitcoin.
On Aug. 31, the Bitcoin-focused news account The Bitcoin Historian wrote on X, formerly Twitter, that Gates said he would never buy Bitcoin.
The account also said Gates described Bitcoin as “an asset driven by mania.”
Gates has long been skeptical about Bitcoin’s intrinsic value and appeal as an investment.
