Gate Launches U.S. Stock Options Trading for 9 Names Including Tesla, Nvidia
Forecast Trend Report by Period

Global cryptocurrency exchange Gate has launched a U.S. stock options trading service.
Gate began offering U.S. stock options trading on Sept. 2, according to Odaily. At launch, the platform supports nine names: Nvidia, Tesla, Apple, Meta, AMD, Micron, Amazon, Alphabet Class A and Broadcom.
The options are settled in Tether's USDT rather than through direct delivery of the underlying U.S. shares. The underlying stock is not physically delivered even when an option is exercised.
During the initial rollout, Gate does not plan to charge separate fees such as platform usage fees or options brokerage commissions. Third-party charges imposed by regulators and clearing organizations, including the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, will still apply.
At launch, trading will be available only during regular U.S. market hours. Users also will not need to open a separate brokerage account or margin account.
