Bithumb took part in the "2026 Youth Recruitment Fair" hosted by the Financial Supervisory Service and Ewha Womans University, meeting young job seekers to discuss the virtual asset industry and related career paths.

The company said on September 4 that it participated in the event held on September 2 at Ewha Womans University's ECC Hall.

The fair was held as a side event to an international conference jointly organized by the Financial Supervisory Service and Ewha Womans University. A total of 17 major financial institutions, including virtual asset exchanges, banks and securities firms, attended to introduce their businesses and job functions and provide recruitment information to young job seekers.

Bithumb operated a dedicated consultation booth at the venue, where it introduced the company's vision, key roles and hiring procedures. Staff also took part in one-on-one interview sessions with students, hearing their career concerns and answering questions about the virtual asset industry and exchange-related jobs.

The company said the sessions helped students interested in the virtual asset sector gain more specific information about actual job duties and the hiring process.

Bithumb also prepared programs for visitors at the site. It provided large popcorn and special merchandise to students who visited the booth.

Bithumb also took part in the same recruitment fair last year. The company said this year's event showed that interest in the virtual asset industry and related jobs is continuing to expand through its direct meetings with young job seekers.

A Bithumb official said the company again saw rising interest and expectations surrounding the virtual asset industry in meetings with young job seekers this year. It will continue working to identify and recruit talented young workers to support sustainable growth, the official added.
