Strive, a Bitcoin treasury company, has bought an additional 1,375 Bitcoin.
Matt Cole, Strive’s chairman and chief executive officer, wrote on X on Sept. 8 that the company purchased the tokens for $109 million. The average purchase price was $79,281 per Bitcoin. Strive’s total Bitcoin holdings now stand at 24,531 BTC.
About 70% of the funds Strive raised last week came through its SATA preferred stock. SATA’s notional balance now stands at $999 million, nearing $1 billion.
