Eleanor Terrett, host of the Crypto in America podcast, said on September 15 that Kennedy did not view the bill as fully dead. The problem, he added, is that Congress may have to wait until the lame-duck session at the end of the term to take up the issue again.
Senator Ted Cruz also said he hopes the Clarity Act will be brought back. Quoting the film “The Princess Bride,” he said there is “a big difference between dead and mostly dead.”
