U.S. spot Ethereum exchange-traded funds posted net outflows for a third straight trading day.
Farside Investors data showed U.S. spot Ethereum ETFs recorded total net outflows of $39.3 million on September 17. That followed net outflows of $142 million on September 15 and $224.1 million on September 16, extending the recent selling streak. Cumulative net outflows over the past three trading days reached $405.4 million.
BlackRock's iShares Ethereum Trust (ETHA) led the overall outflows, with $42.9 million leaving the fund. Fidelity Ethereum Fund (FETH) and VanEck Ethereum ETF (ETHV), by contrast, each posted net inflows of $1.8 million.
The remaining spot Ethereum ETFs saw no notable fund flows. The outflows continued even as spot Bitcoin ETFs posted net inflows of $159.5 million on the same day.
