Strategy said it bought an additional 950 Bitcoin and repurchased $174 million of its STRC preferred stock.
Michael Saylor, the company's chairman, disclosed the move in a post on X, formerly Twitter, on Sept. 21. As of Sept. 20, Strategy's total Bitcoin holdings had increased to 846,000 BTC.
The company also said it holds $6.09 billion in dollar-denominated assets.
According to Saylor, those dollar assets can cover preferred stock dividends and interest payments for about 3.8 years. Assuming an average annual Bitcoin return of 10%, 40% volatility and a price of $81,200, Strategy estimated STRC's credit spread, adjusted for Bitcoin price risk, at 0.53 percentage point.
