Matt Cole, Strive’s chief executive officer, wrote on X on Sept. 21 that the company spent $107.7 million on the purchase. The average purchase price was $79,475 per Bitcoin. That brought Strive’s total holdings to 26,355 BTC.
Strive also raised an additional $21.2 million as warrant exercises began last week. Including that amount, 57.7% of the company’s total funding was raised through perpetual preferred stock SATA.
