According to an 8-K filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on September 21, the company's holdings of Solana and SOL-equivalent assets rose to 2,490,304 on September 18 from 2,388,923 on September 11. That represents an increase of about 4% over the week.
The company said it plans to deploy its SOL holdings in staking, validator operations and on-chain treasury infrastructure, depending on market conditions and risk-management standards.
DeFi Development is a U.S.-listed company that has been increasing its holdings after adopting Solana as a core treasury asset.
