Walter Bloomberg reported on September 25 that Solidigm is weighing a plan to raise about $15 billion through a US IPO.
If completed as planned, the deal could become the largest-ever IPO by a semiconductor company listed in the US.
Solidigm focuses on NAND flash memory and enterprise solid-state drives, or SSDs. Rising data-center demand driven by the spread of artificial intelligence has supported its recent growth.
