CEA Industries, a U.S.-listed company that manages the world’s largest corporate BNB treasury, is changing its name to BNB Standard Corporation.
GlobeNewswire reported on September 29 that the new name takes effect that day. The company’s Nasdaq ticker, BNC, will remain unchanged.
The new name was selected following a public advisory vote of the BNB community. The company held a five-day poll on X, formerly Twitter, on four candidates and received 5,799 votes. Of those, BNB Standard drew the largest share, at about 47%.
CEA Industries’ board approved the name change after reviewing the vote results and community feedback.

The company will also unveil a new logo and brand identity alongside the name change. The ticker symbols and CUSIP numbers for its existing shares and warrants will not change.
