Iran has privately signaled that it may again allow international nuclear inspectors to access nuclear facilities damaged in bombings in exchange for sanctions relief.
Walter Bloomberg reported on October 1 that Iran conveyed the proposal to diplomats from Europe and the Middle East. Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi is also known to have discussed the proposal during a United Nations meeting.
