Strategy co-founder Michael Saylor said investment products tied to Bitcoin offer distinct risk-and-return profiles.

In a post on X on October 5, Saylor wrote that Bitcoin can be used in very different ways by different investors. BTC represents direct ownership, MSTR offers amplified price exposure, and STRC provides yield with relatively low volatility.

Data shared by Saylor showed Bitcoin’s 30-day volatility at 39%. That was in line with Nvidia and below Meta’s 47% and Tesla’s 43%.

By contrast, the 30-day volatility of Strategy’s common stock MSTR was 94%, the highest among the assets compared. Preferred stock STRC had volatility of 9%, lower than Magnificent Seven stocks including Apple at 21%, Microsoft at 22%, Alphabet at 23% and Amazon at 24%.

Saylor said digital capital underpins digital equity and digital credit. Products such as MSTR and STRC, he added, can be built on Bitcoin to serve different investment objectives.
