Michael Saylor, Strategy's executive chairman, disclosed the moves in a post on X on Oct. 19.
As of Oct. 18, Strategy held a total of 848,517 BTC. The company also held $5.3 billion in dollar-denominated assets, according to Saylor.
Strategy also expanded its digital credit securities share repurchase program to $3 billion from $2 billion.
