Beast Holdings, a company linked to global YouTuber MrBeast, appears to be preparing an expansion into financial services. The trademark applications cover cryptocurrency trading and payments, as well as exchange services through decentralized exchanges, or DEXs.
Odaily, a crypto-focused media outlet, reported on October 20 that Beast Holdings filed trademark applications for “MRBEAST FINANCIAL” and “BEAST FINANCIAL” on October 13, 2025.
The filings include mobile banking applications, cash advances and small loans, credit and debit cards, investment advisory services and asset management. They also specify cryptocurrency trading, payment processing and crypto exchange services through DEXs.
The two trademarks were published in the official gazette on August 11 and received notices of allowance on October 6. The applications remain at the “Intent to Use” stage, meaning the registration process has not been completed.
Beast Industries raised about $200 million from BitMine in January. At the time, Tom Lee said he would explore ways to combine decentralized finance, or DeFi, with MrBeast’s young user base.
Jeff Housenbold, chief executive officer of Beast Industries, has also said the financial services platform the company plans to launch will include DeFi features.
