Lambda256, a unit of Dunamu, will unveil an artificial intelligence-based solution that tracks criminal funds in virtual assets as they move across multiple blockchains and decentralized exchanges, or DEXs.

SBS Biz reported on Oct. 20 that Lambda256 will showcase its virtual-asset tracing solution, CLAIR Investigation, at KPEX 2026, the International Security Industry Fair 2026, to be held at Songdo Convensia in Incheon from Oct. 21 to Oct. 24.

CLAIR allows users to enter a suspicious wallet address and view the flow of funds across multiple blockchains on a single tracking screen. It can continue tracing funds even when they pass through bridges that support transfers between different blockchains or DEXs that enable virtual-asset swaps.

The tool also uses AI to analyze transactions routed through previously unanalyzed bridges or DEXs and incorporate those paths into the fund-flow analysis. The results can be compiled into a report with related transaction records and used to help decide whether to halt withdrawals or file suspicious transaction reports, or STRs.

At the exhibition, Lambda256 also plans to present a case study using CLAIR to analyze fund flows tied to last month's Bitget hack. The analysis found that the stolen funds moved through multiple blockchains and reached a decentralized bridge, where blocking requests are difficult, within 57 minutes of the start of dispersal.

Lambda256 plans to use CLAIR to connect transaction data recorded in different formats across blockchains into a single fund-flow analysis, cutting review time and accelerating anti-money laundering, or AML, work at financial institutions and responses to criminal funds.
