Dataline, a decentralized data network for AI agents, has raised $10.6 million in seed funding. The company plans to expand its data supply and verification capabilities and launch a token this year for network payments and data access.
The round was co-led by Lattice and Dispersion Capital, The Block reported on Oct. 21. Coinbase Ventures, Symbolic Capital, Anagram, and Robinhood co-founder and Chief Executive Officer Vlad Tenev also participated. The deal was signed in April through a SAFE, or simple agreement for future equity, with token warrants included. The valuation was not disclosed.
Dataline is a platform where AI agents can query on-chain and off-chain data and pay usage fees. Its in-house AI evaluates the reliability, recency, and consistency of information. It also provides context for decision-making alongside raw figures.
Dataline co-founder Nuo Xi said a simple price feed or API alone cannot determine whether a stablecoin trading at $0.97 is a buying opportunity or the start of a depeg. By combining price data with peg-stability signals and exchange outlier information, the platform helps bots, smart contracts, and human users understand the situation.
The platform currently supports about 50 data sources. Its first "AI Data Launch" group includes Hyperliquid, Polymarket, Kalshi, Base, Robinhood Chain, BNB Chain, Sui, and TON. Developers on Base and Robinhood Chain will receive free access.
Dataline plans to conduct a public token sale on Base using Uniswap's continuous clearing auction, or CCA, system. It will disclose the sale size and terms next week. The token will be used for payments and data access. The company also plans to let users stake tokens to maintain access to data feeds instead of paying subscription fees.
Dataline was founded after winning the BNB Chain AI Hackathon in 2025. It plans to use the new funding to expand data sources, improve verification technology, and move into robotics and AI training data.
