Ki Young Ju, chief executive officer of CryptoQuant, said growing pessimism in U.S. stock and commodities markets may mean it is time to shift investments into Bitcoin.

On October 23, Ju shared analyst outlook data compiled by CryptoQuant on X, formerly Twitter, saying it may be time to “sell and switch to Bitcoin” from bearish assets.

According to the data Ju posted, negative analyst views were relatively concentrated in the artificial intelligence and semiconductor sectors, including CoreWeave, Coherent, AMD and Micron. Nvidia also received a slightly bearish assessment.

In big tech and software, negative views stood out for T-Mobile, Oracle and CrowdStrike. Among other stocks, caution was relatively elevated toward KB Home and Citigroup.

In commodities, bearish views were more common on platinum and silver, while Brent crude, West Texas Intermediate crude and gold also received mostly negative assessments. Natural gas, by contrast, drew a slightly positive view.
