Gotchi Labs, a consumer artificial intelligence platform, is expanding beyond sleep coaching into shopping, fitness and schedule management. The company plans to develop a personal AI service that supports users’ daily lives by linking specialized AI agents across categories.

Gotchi Labs said on October 27 that it released an official white paper, “Consumer AI for Everyday Life,” laying out its technology architecture and service expansion strategy. The paper outlines development plans in five areas: health and wellness, shopping and commerce, exercise and fitness, productivity and daily life, and personal AI.

Its first service, Sleepagotchi, offers personalized sleep and recovery insights through an AI sleep coach. Registered users have surpassed 612,000, and daily active users hit a monthly peak of about 80,000. The service connects with compatible wearable devices including Apple Watch, Fitbit, Oura and Whoop.

The company also plans to use its mobile distribution base for follow-on services. Gotchi Labs said it ranked No. 1 among apps on the Solana Seeker smartphone and recorded more than 28,500 installs. It added that about 500,000 pre-installs were completed on Jambo smartphones.

The expansion strategy centers on recurring daily activities. In shopping, the company plans to offer product discovery, comparison and personalized recommendations, followed later by commerce integration. In fitness, it is developing activity analysis, workout routines and recovery guidance. It also plans to add nutrition guidance to its existing sleep service. Productivity features, including schedule planning and task management, are also in development.

Over the longer term, the company aims to broaden support across apps by connecting user-authorized information and external services to specialized agents. It plans to give users control over how their information is used while introducing features in stages. Support for organizing and managing personal finances remains under long-term review, subject to relevant regulatory requirements.
