Predict.fun to Unlock 16% of PREDICT Tokens at TGE, Total Supply Set at 1 Billion

Prediction-market platform Predict.fun has unveiled the tokenomics for its native token, PREDICT.
In a post on its official X account on October 28, Predict.fun said PREDICT will have a total supply of 1 billion tokens. The allocation is 51.95% for the ecosystem and community, 26.05% for early backers, 10% for core contributors, 8% for reserves and 4% for liquidity.
At the token generation event, or TGE, 160 million tokens, equal to 16% of total supply, will be unlocked. Tokens allocated to early backers and core contributors will be fully locked at the TGE and remain under a 24-month lockup. Predict.fun plans to unlock the entire supply within five years.
For the Season 1 airdrop, 70 million tokens, or 7% of total supply, have been allocated. Recipients can choose to receive 35% of their allocation immediately or claim the full amount in exchange for a 12-month lockup.
Predict.fun plans to release a detailed airdrop schedule within the next 24 hours.
