Securitize, a real-world asset tokenization platform, has added Stellar (XLM) to the blockchains it supports.
CoinDesk reported on October 28 that Securitize and Stellar announced the move at Meridian 2025, the Stellar Development Foundation’s annual conference in Lisbon, Portugal.
Securitize already supports tokenization on Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL) and Avalanche (AVAX). The company is also known for providing the issuance and management infrastructure for BlackRock’s tokenized fund BUIDL.
Securitize cited Stellar’s transaction speed, scalability and asset-level compliance features as key strengths. On Stellar, issuers can set functions such as know-your-customer checks and token clawbacks for issued assets. Franklin Templeton’s tokenized money market fund also operates on Stellar.
“Stellar has built the fourth-largest ecosystem in the RWA sector,” Securitize CEO Carlos Domingo said. He added that this reflects the network’s competitiveness and rising institutional demand for tokenization.
