Global cryptocurrency exchange OKX has launched a "Simple Options" service based on tokenized stocks.
BlockBeats reported on November 4 that OKX introduced the Simple Options service the same day. The initial underlying assets are four tokenized stocks: Google, Nvidia, SpaceX and Micron Technology.
Through Simple Options, OKX offers four types of trades: buying and selling call options, and buying and selling put options. The product can be traded 24 hours a day, seven days a week based on quoted prices. The minimum trade size is one share of the underlying asset.
Before placing an order, users can review the option premium, break-even price and potential profit or loss under different scenarios. OKX said Simple Options uses an all-in pricing model and does not charge separate trading fees.
