Bloomingbit, Official Collaboration Event to Celebrate the Introduction of Worldcoin's 'World ID'

Bloomingbit, a virtual asset (cryptocurrency) affiliate of the Hankyung Media Group, announced on the 3rd that it will hold an official collaboration event to celebrate the introduction of Worldcoin's 'World ID' login. World ID is a unique ID that can be generated through Worldcoin's World App, and only one can be issued per person.

Worldcoin is a cryptocurrency project co-founded by Sam Altman, the CEO of OpenAI, who is famous as the 'father of ChatGPT'. It aims to prove humanity and build a global financial network through the 'World App' and 'World ID'.

Tools For Humanity (TFH), the developer of Worldcoin, raised $115 million in a Series C funding led by Blockchain Capital last May and was recognized for a corporate value of $3 billion.

Bloomingbit has officially launched the Bloomingbit 2.0 service with STAT, a platform that provides all 'statistical data' for global virtual asset investors and foundations. Subsequently, it opened a new community function and introduced the 'World ID' feature to create a more reliable online community. The goal is to solve the problems of fake accounts, spam, and malicious users that commonly occur on existing platforms and to create a space where genuine users can communicate.

Existing users of the World App can log in and participate in Bloomingbit with World ID. Members who are not yet using World ID can download the 'World App' from the App Store, authenticate, and participate in Bloomingbit.

World ID users can join Bloomingbit and engage in community activities to receive event entry tickets. Through this, they can enter to win various prizes worth a total of 30 million KRW, such as iPads, iPhone 16, and Galaxy Fold 6.

The event period is from September 2 to October 4. If the entry ticket is not used within the period, it will automatically expire. The winners will be announced on the 11th of the following month. For more details, please check the event tab on the Bloomingbit website.
