Today's scheduled Planning and Finance Committee meeting did not proceed as planned due to disagreements. According to parliamentary officials on the 29th, the Planning and Finance Committee meeting scheduled for today was not convened due to disagreements. The impact of the disagreements is significant, affecting the Virtual Property Tax, Inheritance Tax, and Special Taxation Restriction Act.

Jung Tae-ho, a Democratic Party member and committee secretary, stated during a press conference, "We agreed to handle the tax amendment bill related to the budget proposal this morning," but added, "The meeting could not be held due to the unilateral abandonment of the agreement by the opposing party."

Park Soo-young, another committee secretary from the People's Power Party, stated during a press conference, "The Democratic Party's opposition makes it impossible to resolve the three issues," adding, "(Still) opposing the two-year grace period for the Virtual Property Tax and proposing to increase the shared amount from 2.5 million won to 50 million won, insisting on taxation from next year."

He further stated, "After November 30, it will automatically become a self-imposed issue, and the committee will no longer be able to discuss it," adding, "The Democratic Party, which is the majority party, is forcing the government to follow the direction they want, making it impossible to handle any legal proposals, thereby paralyzing the committee itself."
