It is illegal and unconstitutional as it did not meet any conditions," adding, "The military and police should follow the orders of the people, not the president who issued an illegal order."
He emphasized, "The illegality of the emergency order has been confirmed once again with this National Assembly resolution. Our National Assembly will firmly uphold the constitutional order of the Republic of Korea as the authority for the people who are the sovereign," assuring, "The people can rest assured. We will protect democracy's future, stability, the safety and lives of the people, and their assets."
