On the 5th, virtual asset data analysis company Messari reported, "Aleo collaborated with three independent security consulting firms to complete an audit to verify system security and integrity before the mainnet launch last September. Through this audit process, it was proven that a robust system can be maintained even in the event of malicious attacks or data errors."
The consulting firms that conducted Aleo's audit were Trail of Bits, NCC Group, and ZK Security, known to have conducted security audits on the blockchain operating system SnarkOS and the blockchain virtual machine SnarkVM, utilizing zero-knowledge proofs (ZK).
